2009 PRESENTATION & CHRISTMAS PARTY
Another year is over and it's that time of year for our Xmas Party and Presentation.

: Saturday 12th December 2009
TIME: 10am - 2pm
WHERE: Coolum Lions Park (across from the pub)
WHAT TO BRING: Drinks, chairs & shade.
WHO: All Club Members are welcome.
Presentation of End Of Year results will be at 12noon.
All competitors must have done at least 7 of the 10 Club Days to be in the running for End of Year placings.

2009 Club Race Day Format:
Scrutineering / Sign on 7am to 8:15am (NO LATE ENTRIES).
Riders Briefing 8:15am followed by Practice.
All Riders 1st Class $20, 2nd Class $15, 3rd Class $10.

2009 Transponders for Club and Practice Days :
From the 1st of august 2009 transponder price has increased to $350 + GST + postage.

DO NOT LEND YOUR TRANSPONDER TO ANOTHER RIDER.
(Div 1 and 2 riders DO NOT require transponders.)
Transponders are ONLY required if you wish to be pointed on club days for trophies & end of year presentation.
Riders resuilts & lap times will be posted at the finish of each race and on the http://www.mylaps.com web site.
The club has purchased a limited number of transponders for hire on club days at a cost of $25 each. It is your responsibility to have your transponder charged & on your bike on for your race. eg: If you forget to put your transponder on your bike for your race you will not be pointed for that race - no exceptions. The transponder decoder will be running each Practice Day as well as Club Days, so you can keep track of your lap times every time you ride at the Suncoast Junior Motorcycle Club.
Club and Practise Days:
All club members MUST present there current membership card. (Sponsors & worker cards included) at the sign on desk on all club and practise days.
(IF YOU DO NOT PRESENT YOUR CARD YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE, NO EXEPTIONS.)

65cc Skills Day:
Saturday 9th January 2010. Great school for the kids just starting out on a 65cc or for those who are wanting to brush up on there skills. Always a fun day. Numbers are limited so please phone Michael Green for info/bookings 0419 682 451

Ben is also holding a 3 Day Traing Camp at his private track at Woodford on the 16th, 17th & 18th December 2009. This camp is only open to A & B grade riders. Spots for this camp are filling quick so book in now
