

The Suncoast Junior Motorcycle Club Inc. is currently one of the fastest growing motorcycle clubs in Australia and was honoured with Motorcycling Queensland's Club of the Year Award for 2005.
The Suncoast Junior Motorcycle Club Inc. was formed in October 1999 and is affiliated with Motorcycling Queensland, being the state controlling body for motorcycling sport in Australia.
The aim of the Club is to provide a dirt track riding facility on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, where locals can ride in a safe and controlled environment.
Since completing the track and facilities, our Club now holds Club & Interclub MX meetings and hosts state and national events regularly each year.
Control and supervision of these meetings is by Motorcycling Qld. accredited officials.
Junior members of the Club are encouraged to develop their potential at all levels of the sport, and track facilities provided by the Club are designed and maintained to reduce the risk to riders and the environment.
Membership is open to families, junior riders 4-16 years, and senior riders 16 years and over.
membership fee is $100 per anum and covers the whole family.
The riding fee on practise days is $20.00 for senior riders and $15.00 for juniors. Club Day nominations are $20.00 and $15.00 per additional nomination.
Riders must be current club members, and will also need to have a current MQ Licence in order to ride at track facilities.

You must be a current Suncoast Junior Motorcycle Club member to compete in Club or Practice Day's at the Quanda Road track.
You must hold a current MQ licence to ride. All licences are current for 1 year and you must be a member of a club affiliated with MQ to obtain a licence.
A minimum level Club Licence or One Event Licence is required to compete at a club or inter-club level.
The Suncoast Junior Motorcycle Club Inc. operates under the racing rules and regulations of Motorcycling Australia. A full copy of regulations is contained in the 2007 Manual of Motorcycle Sports.
Your bike must comply with safety regulations as set out in sections 12.2 to 12.5 of the 2007 Manual of Motorcycle Sports.
Protective clothing must be worn when racing, as set out in section 17.1 of the 2007 Manual of Motorcycle Sports.
Bring your Bike, Helmet, Body Armour ( Juniors ), Boots and Licence. Choose the queue ( Senior / Junior ) and take your bike and gear through "machinery inspection". Scrutineers will check ALL of the above, and place a sticker on the front number plate of your bike if all is well. Proceed through "machinery inspection" to the nomination tables where you will nominate the events and grades you wish to ride in. Membership and Licences will be checked, entry fees paid, and ALL RIDERS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A "RIDERS INDEMNITY" at this point. ( Juniors require a parent/guardian to sign their riders indemnity.) Once nomination and machinery inspection has been completed, riders can then gear-up and get ready for the "Riders Briefing" before racing commences.
